With hearing on both sides, the
microphone can be worn on either side. Some headsets have noise canceling
flexible mics and are excellent for call centers while others have
voice tubes and are recommend for quiet surroundings. You should
also notice that some binaural headsets have a cord off both speakers
and are joined in the middle called a yolk, where for instance the Ultra has a cord only off one side.
A bottom
direct cord is included with all our headsets for direct connect
applications. Depending on your
phone application you may need an amplifier. Please call or
email us with your
compatibility questions. Warranties from 1 to 3 years.
Note: We will modify our headsets to work with other manufacturers'
amplifiers free.
