they have hearing only on one side, the microphone can be worn over
either ear. Some have noise canceling flexible mics and are
excellent for call centers while others have voice tubes and are
recommend for quiet surroundings. A bottom direct cord is
included with all our headsets at no extra charge. Depending on your phone
