Trials: Comfort
Telecommunications, Inc. is excited to offer a no obligation
30-day trial for the Smith Corona product line. In addition,
we also provide you with a prepaid return tag, to return any
unwanted equipment. Trials cannot be returned after 60 days
and payment is expected. Please contact our sales department
to trial our equipment.
Returns/Purchases: Returns will not be
accepted after 30 days from the date of invoicing. If you
wish to return equipment within 30 days, please contact your
sales representative for instructions. All original
materials must be included with returns. If you purchase new
Plantronics, or GN Netcom equipment and wish to return it,
you will be assessed a restocking fee of 20% if equipment is
not returned within 10 days of the Invoice date.
Exchange: If within 30 days of purchase you
are not happy with your purchase and would like to discuss
an exchange, please contact your sales representative.
Advance Replacement: Comfort
Telecommunications, Inc. will exchange any equipment which
is found to be defective during the first 30 days of
service. You must contact your sales representative for
details.
Repair: An RMA# is not necessary to return
headsets for repair. To expedite your repair please include
in your shipment a packing slip or download our form and
include it in your shipment. You will be contacted by your
representative about any discrepancies in inventory and any
out of warranty charges. This will give you the opportunity
to take advantage of our TRADE-UP or TRADE-IN program to
help you make the best cost effective decision for you. Our
warranty covers defects in material and workmanship; it also
covers wear and tear from normal use. Abuse is not covered
and will void the warranty.
New Warranty Repairs: Most Smith Corona
products carry a three-year warranty. Please be advised that
tampering with warranty codes will void the warranty. For
questions concerning warranty codes, please contact your
sales representative. Plantronics and GN Netcom when
purchased new are covered under the factory warranty and
should be sent directly back to them. Our warranty covers
defects in material and workmanship; it also covers wear and
tear from normal use. Abuse is not covered and will void the
warranty.
Refurbished Warranty: All refurbished
equipment purchased from Comfort Telecommunications, Inc
carries a warranty from 3 to 12 months depending on the
equipment. Warranty information is available with all
advertised equipment or by contacting the sales department
or customer service. Our warranty covers defects in material
and workmanship; it also covers wear and tear from normal
use. Abuse is not covered and will void the warranty.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges will be automatically added to the order.
At this time we only offer FEDEX Ground. If you wish to use
a expedite your order to another FEDEX service please call
and we'll be glad to take your order and expedite it for
you. You MUST call if your out of the country. Once we
calculate the shipping amount and a request for payment will
be sent to you through PayPal.
Drop Shipment: If you wish to drop-ship
(Blind) to someone, please call us at 1-800-399-3224 and we
will be happy to take care of it for you.
Terms: We accept the following credit cards,
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and we are
happy to send you a PayPal invoice.. We also offer terms to
customers who provide us with acceptable credit information.
If you’re interested in opening a credit account with us you
can download our credit application. Fill it out and fax it
to us.
