Shipping and Tracking Information

NOTE: When placing an online order please check your shipping address, phone number, and email address. If you're using a PayPal account log in your account and confirm the information before you finalize your order. Additional fees will be incurred for address corrections and rerouting of packages, as well as packages that are refused and returned.

How will my order ship? On-line orders ship via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Online orders over $300.00 will receive "FREE FedEx GROUND" shipping (lower 48 states only). To use an expedited service or your own shipping provider please call 800-399-3224 and we'll be happy to accommodate your needs.

What countries do you ship to? Our website is set up to ship to the lower 48 states only. For Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and International orders please call or email your order details so we may offer you your shipping choices.

Automatic online shipping charges calculated for the lower 48 are as follows:

$00.01 to $52.00 = $8.50
$52.01 to $100.00 = $10.95
$100.01 to $200.00 = $15.95
$200.01 to $299.99 = $19.95
$300 Up = Free FedEx Ground for online orders over $300.00.

Blind Drop shipments for Re-sellers: We will be happy to drop ship "BLIND" to your customer. All "BLIND" drop ship orders need to be called into our office. 800-399-3224

How do I track my order? Once your order is processed your assigned sales representative will email you tracking information within 24 to 48 hours Monday - Friday.
